Newest car offers subpage example
Project overview
This project was a part of a practical, complex Digital Designer course which ended up with a certificate. The course included learning strong fundamentals of designing modern websites, applications, UI Design and Figma.
PS. Logo, photos and texts included in project screenshots are property of Stradale Classics.
Goal
The goal was to improve the UI of the site and redesign of sections/subpages. The site also needed improvements in terms of responsiveness (especially for mobile resolutions). In addition, it was necessary to improve the user flows and site map.

UX
The information architecture needed to be revised because the navigation process was not designed to be clear or easy for the user.
The reorganization of the site map made it possible to provide users with access to the most important elements, which had previously been either barely highlighted or hidden.
Creating 3 personas with sample user flows allowed to shorten the number of steps a user has to go through in order for a conversion to happen (in this case, buying a car, or contacting the company).
All of the aspects described above, allowed to arrange the content so that the user can quickly find what they need, in an intuitive and seamless way.

UI
Content mockups were prepared to improve the visuals and layout, both on desktop and mobile which resulted in a more logical arrangement of sections on every subpage. It was crucial to emphasize the potential of very good quality photos (which had previously only been used in listings of cars being sold).
Due to the high number of user redirects from social media (Stradale Classics creates content for YouTube and Instagram), the mobile part was optimized. The main task was to improve typography, add more spacing between elements and increase accessibility for users.
Last but not least
Text and color styles, spacing tokens and components were prepared for the project.
One of the other requirements to pass the course, was to prepare a design for developers with full specifications (handoff) for desktop and mobile.
